VT is basically 10% emerging markets, if I allocated an additional 10% of my portfolio to VWO, it'd be sitting closer to 20%. I know this would be a bit more sporadic in theory. Any thoughts? A 10% tilt toward anything isn't a crazy gamble so if you believe EM has a higher future return potential than go for it.
