Verizon can make calls but not receive.

4 years ago. Currently I'm not receiving calls from particular Verizon and AT&t colors most T-Mobile colors are getting through. At this point it's very frustrating that I'm not receiving all calls my thought is to get a whole new number to ensure that I would receive all calls but getting a new number is very problematic and difficult to make ...I have a Motorola Droid Ultra and my phone just does not catch Verizon Wireless Service anywhere. It shows up as 4GLTE and i can still connect to my data & go on the internet but I cannot make any calls.
