If you do a quick search of the p322 on reddit or YouTube you will quickly see that gun has nothing but problems. I personally just researched the p322 vs the tx22 line up, and I didn't want to risk my luck with the p322 altho that's the one I initially wanted. I ended up buying the TX22 Compact, which was cheaper and probably more reliable.

TX has 16 rd mag vs 12 for PPQ. I instruct with a 9mm PPQ so an identical 22 is a good trainer for me. I like the TX trigger better. The TX reset is excellent. The PPQ22 rear sight is terrible. If u have a migration to other higher caliber Walthers, I’d go with the PPQ. If not my opinion is to go with the TX22.

Alot of people seem to like the tx22 but I just couldn't bring myself to buy a Taurus. I went with the sig p322, it's optics ready, has fiber optic irons, the magazines are relatively inexpensive and it has higher capacity than the 502 and the tx22. It's cheaper than a 502 and is just little bit more than a tx22 but with more bells and whistles.The P322 is finicky to load, but load it right and it runs like a clock.
