In general, Temple medical students/residents live in Center City or Manayunk, though, just as Jefferson medical students do. I believe that Temple's location and community are among its primary strengths due to the poverty of the surrounding community. On the other hand, I could see why you'd prefer Jefferson for the location/security. But i'd expect the actual clinic provided by the school to give you enough experience to feel that you're confident. Temple and UDM both have better clinics in my opinion.
