Turning off the car and restarting resolved the problem for a while, but eventually, on startup, I would have another unresponsive screen. We took it back to the dealership and they supposedly recalibrated everything and updated the software and possibly the firmware. It failed again while driving it home from the dealership, and after 10 days we took it back.
