Truck will start now but is still missing. I took it to a buddy of mine and ran a buzz test. It says #1 and #3 cylinder misfire. I put in 2 new injectors and still missing. Sometimes the buzz test says test pass and sometimes #1 and #3 and sometimes 1,3,5,7 misfire. I have owned this truck since new and have no problems with it for the first 120k now it seems about every 10k or so the DEF messes up.

You can plug the hole in your intake and re route the line from the oil fill out of the engine bay under the truck. The CCV blows an Oily mist into the intake, thus putting oil in the intercooler.
