Level 72 Maya raid boss build. So the title pretty much says it. I’m looking for a good raid boss build for maya at level 72. My main gear so far is a legendary cat class mod, a bee shield, a electric sandhawk (I also have a slag and corrosive one), grog nozzel, hellfire, and some different types of bone of the ancient relics.
I'm looking for a good Maya Build that focuses on Support and Healing Teammates and all that stuff but i'm also looking for a build that focuses on DPS and is generally just good for solo play thanks in advance! Spend as little points as you can and go down cataclysm to get ruin. Action skill is a turret which can deal huge amounts of damage or grant shield/ammo. Excels at extended fights or fights in narrow rooms. He is literally a walking tank if played with the rough rider and the skill crisis management. Maya is very good for endgame. I personally run the trickster class mod that boosts fire rate. Beehawking is the easy way to go for her, but I also like to use the lady fist, pimpernel, and dpuh on occasion. Imo Maya is the best for mobbing but she got problems with raid bosses.

Maya can definitely solo all of that. Sal is definitely easier though. Maya's not too much harder to use, but in every situation Sal is better. Except Sal can get pretty boring using the same two guns, and with maya you have more diversity in guns. I'd say go with maya, unless you want it to be super easier, then go with Sal. If you're going for a sub-sequence build, your tree will slightly differ (going more into the motion tree and sacrificing your Scorn+ lifetap+sustenance). First skills must be sweet release in mid tree. Amazing healing skill right at the top. At a bare minimum you need to spec into ruin since slag is a necessity for UVHM. Terramorphus is absolutely possible for solo maya. Strategize farming for some good SMGs (bitch, sand hawk, etc). Honestly most of my advice would come from Dashis guide so just read through that.
But with Borderlands content I have never been disappointed with going solo. On solo it's fun because it's more challenging. The support character builds like maya isn't worth going down that skill set of your gonna only go solo. Of course you should try everything you can to experiment. Actually, the best bubble-popper was a shock Scorpio that put an incredible number of bullets on target much faster than the Sandhawk at medium to incredibly long distance.
