Nov 20, 2021 · I already knew that liked the way the 2011 shot, so I chose the Staccato. A $2500 gun is the least of my worries if I have to use it in self defense. They're not that expensive for a 2011, I don't have one but I'd say they're probably worth it- especially if you qualify for the mil/le 15% off + 6 mags deal.

For EDC, I settled on the Wilson Combat SFT9, which has a bit of a longer barrel but is a tad shorter and thinner (5.6 v. 5.25, and 1.3 v 1.1 grip width), which makes it more easily concealable for me. Plus it has a more acceptable trigger pull at 3.5 - 4.5 lbs. I also use the Sig P65-380 for backup ankle carry.
