I am on the Fixed pricing model (North America) and trade options based on US stocks. According to IBKR customer support, "You pay $0.65 per contract + exchange fees" and "there are 10 US option exchanges and they all have different fees". However, I think there are some other fees in addition to the above but I am not sure what they are.
