The only problem he has is cooling it he says. Drz 400, Crf450x, Wr450f, Klx450, etc. will be reliable and still able to do what you want just fine. A motor swap on a nearly new dirtbike is not worth the hassle for the nonexistent gains you will get. The bikes you listed are engineered to have the motor they have, not one you jerry-rig into them.

If I was looking to attempt this swap myself I think the best option would be to see if a pre-2004 hardtail kit could work on a 2004+ frame. It looks like that could work as the hardtail kit on a rigid mount frame includes the rear motor mount section as well and would eliminate the issues with the swingarm and what not. Like.
