Bomber alchemist pathfinder 2e.
The Alchemist's role in 2e - it doesn't seem to have one in combat. Combat was never the alchemist's strong suit in the playtest, but the class just seems *excessively* weak in the final version of 2e. It's the only class that's neither a caster nor a martial and I feel that this leaves it without any real strengths.

The Alchemist is one of my favorite classes (thematically) from both 1E and now from 2E, but they both feel VERY different. 1E was definitely a DPS class with a little bit of magical support for the party. 2E's Alchemist by comparison goes all-in on the support and utility aspects of the class.

Inspired by the goblins in the Magic: the Gathering universe, I really wanted to tap into the inner workings of a chemist who reveled in making things go BOOM.
