I used Mastery Of Nature (TM) once. Don't want to brag but I had a 19 tiles capital planet, it added 1 tile so I entered into king size capital planet club which is good. Then I thought that adding 2 tiles to 17 tile friend's planet would be good as well, but no it added 1 tile. Adding 3 tiles to 15 tile planet sounds amazing, but no, still 1 tile.

Master Builders all the way; megastructure spam is awesome in the late-game if you have the resources to afford it.
