Why is madden taking out my starters.
This just started happening. It doesn't matter how I try to readjust settings (e.g. fatigue), on both offense and defense my starters aren't playing (except for QB for some reason). I read that this was a thing but that it had been patched and fixed and I hadn't experienced it until right now.

Change them from 60 out 80 in to 60 out 65 in and you'll stop getting this glitch. I made a post about this last year that had a few hundred up votes. Best of luck. No reason this won't fix it for you. Edit - your players don't recover enough stamina in a game to ever hit 80 once they fall low enough.
There are many symptoms of a bad starter, but one of the most notable symptoms is the vehicle failing to start when the key turns to the appropriate starting position. During your weekly training, change the settings to half pads and backups getting majority of the reps. I think it’s a glitch, if not then Madden just has a real shit system. That may be the issue. If this is online, trades need to be made before either user does any game planning or gameplay each week, players can't be traded if they have already gained xp for that week. Seems like every time I do play the moments for my franchise games it puts the backups in at every position and I have to manually sub them for every formation.
