tradovate is what i like the most is so straightforward, the biggest drawback is that you cant manage multiple accounts as seamlessly as you can on ninja. Tradovate is also our recommendation. I think managing multiple accounts will be better in the future with Tradovate, since Tradovate is now part of NinjaTrader.

It could be an issue on the Rithmic side if you have two different connections trying to be made. You would have to check this with Apex to make sure. Many futures brokers provide free data anyway (CQG or Rithmic) If you specifically need MBO then your choice is limited to Rithmic. IQfeed announced it as well.
