The guide says to click on the three dots and import from there (step 5), but the only options available for me in this menu are "Dump Logcat (for bug reporting)" and "Write Tag (Raw mode)". I wrote a tutorial for the old TagMo (old keys and all), so really the creator of TagMo and such will be known for allowing NFC amiibo to be made.
