I taped off the 2 holes on each side and the holes on the ends to allow the mycelium to colonize the substrate. This morning I noticed that both of the monotubs have a smell similar to alcohol.

We did three 18 gallon (72 qt.) monotubs and one 10 gallon (40 qt.) monotub. We hit two of the 18 gallon monotubs just right and did 2,094 and 1,921 wet grams. The other 18 gallon tub did 1,305 wet grams. The smaller 10 gallon tub did 849 wet grams but had the biggest fruit.
