For me, the NCLEX questions and Uworld questions were on par with each other when it comes to difficulty. I disagree, UWorld is much harder than AAMC. Heck, even the section bank seems generic compared to Uworld. The styles are way different and you're probably not accustomed to the AAMC style. Once you are, you'll start doing well. Uworld is much more content centric, but if you're chillin above 70%, look to definitely get 510+. Uworld tests your content knowledge.
