Re-cleaned the bowl and floats and let everything soak in carb cleaner. Re-assembled and adjusted the pilot screw on bottom of carb to almost 2 turns out. Installed an inline fuel filter this time. Started it up and drove it around the block and she runs like a brand new machine.

Put the washer on the bolt and then thread the nut on and tighten it down. The CVK carbs are not overly sensitive to tuning changes, but they are very sensitive to being gummed up and not clean. Clean it again. 2002 698 Prairie.
