The rep is supposed to get back to me by Thursday with an update.The transmission fluid in the Escape should be changed every 30,000 miles. The dealership may also have an update for your computer. Here's one for you. FORD issued a TSB for the 2013-2015 I.6L EB 6F35 calling for a complete tear-down, front pump inspection and filter change (tear-down the only way to replace the filter). This was part of a failed TC replacement. If a torque convertor fails, at the minimum the trans is flushed and the filter replaced.
