Not as of now. Doesn't even seem to be a priority to the dev team currently, probably because the game is already fully playable on Cemu. Maybe check back in a year. Cemu did take almost two and a half years to get BotW running stable 30fps on mid-lower end hardware. Yuzu doesn't run BOTW at more than 30fps.

Use Cemu, not Yuzu. Use cemu. Try clearing your shader caches. failing that toggle barrier feedback loops. Although, Yuzu is not really a good fit for botw - you should be using CEMU. Try setting the "Scaling Filter" within the "Performance" tab of the right side menu to "FSR". You should immediately see an improvement. You shouldn't need to restart the game.
