late reply, but on a bleed build, double Nagakiba is always surperior than Uchigatana, since when infused with a bleed weapon art, Nagakiba and Uchigatana have same scaling and damage. But Nagakiba have better range and therefore is always surperior. Dual wield uchi lfg. Just got another Nagakiba from a friend.
