For any current or previous rxom employees, is the position worth it. It just became available at my store and I'm thinking of going for it but I want to make sure. I love my job I've been at Walgreens for 13 years (4 in pharmacy) and I finally like what I do but want to make sure it's worth taking.

This position I’m told will also be in charge of discipline and evaluations. Basically you will be the go middle man between the RXM and the other technicians. Any issues from technicians will be ran through the RXOM before being ran by the RXM.
