R5 my aquatic species wanted our dragon guardian to have friends, so using the dark arts we sought out 2 new friends for it. To fix the design the event chain should give you a living metal deposit and give you the living Metal Tech.When playing an Ocean Paradise Empire and encounter the Breathing Rift Event, the third Option is to leave it alone. The Option states that "the dragon is at risk" although "Here be dragons" was not chosen as an origin. Steps to reproduce the issue. Start with Ocean Paradise origin.
