Knocking sound in dashboard impala.
It was usually pretty constant, but hard to pinpoint the source of the noise. When I had loose TC bolts, it had more of a deep knock sound that definitely seemed to come from the bottom end, but hard to determine where for sure. Also, the TC bolt sound can come and go based on how smooth, or how fast the car is idling. Hope this helps.
