Now that I've cleaned the flow valve the leak has stopped under the Carb, but now as my son runs up and down the street, that is flat, it just dies. Put carb back on nothing whats weird is if I put the fuel selector to the on position no fuel runs to the carb but if I put it on PRI on either side it will put fuel to the carb.

I have a 2008 KFX450R and am currently having problems. Back in 2008, the fi light kept coming on (steady). The bike came with a FMF 4.1 pipe, and wasn't tuned ran good for some time than it wouldn't start (lean). There's a thread on here when the 450s just came out of a guy having water in one the connection and it cause the fan not to come on. He also include instructions on how to fix it, gotta find that thread again.

Definatly do it. with the spacer in it'll do a whoopping 14 mph. with the spacer out, it'll do ~32 but you can easily cut that back with the throttle. it's much easier to ride without overrevving the crap out of it.
