I been shooting and chopping these cyberpsycho but they won't die. They will only die if I hit them again once they are down. Cyberpsycho will move a bit to show they are still alive and the message you sent will indicated they are alive. Normal enemy will die if I chop them up. Try quick save the game before you start these type of mission.
Many quickhacks are non-lethal. If using non-lethal weapons or your fists, make sure to be careful not to hit them again after they fall unconscious as it'll turn lethal. A handful of cyberpsychos can even be knocked out with stealth.
