Past reviews have me worried. Booking went smoothly and received ticket confirmations within 24h. However I failed to check prior reviews of Budgetair before booking. The dismal/frightening reviews have me a bit worried. Will update this review once our flights actually happen. Hopefully on time. While booking with most airlines directly allows for a free of charge cancellation, booking via budgetair does not. I realized just few hours after my booking that I had booked the wrong dates. Tried several times to contact the customer service, but no way to do so. chat with us is just a boot that answer you automatically, and messenger call is always unreachable.
