CEMU is the way to go if you want to play Breath of the Wild on your PC or Steam Deck, don't get me wrong, Yuzu and Ryujinx are great emulators, but CEMU has years of optimization, nowadays you don't even need a good PC to run perfectly and still support online games like Mario Kart. This means BoTW on yuzu will, best-case, look as good as the Wii U version, never better. The above also applies to Switch ports of other Wii U games like MK8; they run far better on Cemu. Yuzu has a flatpak that's available directly to the from the "app store" that comes default with the flavor of Linux they're using. So it's literally just search and click install. I belive it also got an update specifically for the steam deck recently.
