I booked through Expedia for two way shuttle for January 27, 2024 from Cancun Airport to Barcelo Maya Tropical. Prepaid and had my documents. We arrived at airport as scheduled and were delayed getting our luggage. When we got outside to get the BD Experience shuttle it was gone without us.
