Yes - thankfully, they overhauled the loot tables for ASA. If you played ASE, you'd understand why this was a welcome and necessary change. Loot drops in ASE were basically useless - even the higher tiered ones would be loaded with just absolute garbage. Supply drops are worth getting now, unlike in ASE.
