With my emudeck install I've added another switch folder to store games i want to run on ryujinx (I've called this folder switch-ryu). Then i point the parser in Steam rom manager for ryujinx to that folder. That way it'll save the correct launch parameters for the games i want to run in yuzu or Ry. Doesn't let you choose like you want though. 1.

With a game running in game mode, hit the steam button, then three times right on the joystick, then configure controls, then set the right touchpad to be a mouse, the press down action of the right touchpad to be left click.
