I thought it was between MATH 1920 and MATH 2940 in difficulty. I never took CHEM 2080, but from my experience from CHEM 2090, I think MATH 2930 will be a much lighter workload. Another great look for CHEM. I took the class during the summer, and it was really easy compared to math 1920 and math 2940.
