The easiest fix is to go to %localappdata% in file explorer. Go to .\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods and delete the files here. Then go to .\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public and delete the file modsettings.lsx. (or whatever your profile name is)
