The Icarus precision elite grip will add about 3 oz of weight. Mine is 20 oz unloaded with romeo zero (everything else stock). 28.6 oz with 12 round mag (no +1). In my opinion the improved grip/ergos is what really helped transform my P365xl from a snappy to being totally manageable while being concealable for me.
