For those who want to do the permanent fix (instead of kicking the panel etc.): - I think there are 2 blower resistors, the FRONT blower resistor controls the REAR. - If both FRONT and REAR blowers are out, then check the FRONT blower resistor. - If only REAR blower is out, check REAR blower resistor.The rear of the sliding door popped out about an inch but the front of the door did not release.
