We didn't intentionally push the remote to open it either. In fact, at times when using the remote to open the right slider it is slow to respond.To reset the system, fully close the sliding door manually. For the mirror - move the mirror selector switch into the middle. It will stop tilting down. Or switch it to the driver's side if you want it to be the one that tilts.
