I placed an online order and not only did they not deliver my package, they left it at the post office and never notified me it was there. I had re-order my goods. This time, it says it was delivered and it wasn't! I tried calling the 1-800 number only to have a recording tell me there was a 2 1/2 hour wait for a representative. Yes 2 1/2 hours!
