U verse is not available.
My U-Verse went out last night, I did all the restarting the router etc. they say to do, nothing works, and when you try to call they say there is a 10 hour wait period to talk to someone. They say you can select a call back but every time you try to select one they say it is not available. If there is an outage they should tell you that.
