In my machine (10750h, rtx 2060, 16 gb) it runs better on Ryujinx (both Xenoblades) and it has less freezelock. It definitely runs better on Ryujinx for now. I have a Ryzen 5600x and a 2080 Super, and Yuzu is completely unplayable with the 60 fps code while Ryujinx is way smoother. For your hardware, I'd recommend playing without the 60 fps mod.
