Set 1 st gear for a better accel out the slower corner (Hairpin or else) or for grid start. Set last gear for the longer straight with a few more extra speed for stream. Set some intermediary gears for importants turns. Sometime you need to shift a lower gear to gain RPM and extra grip.

But Praiano may drop an even better version for the race later as far as steering goes. It takes a few laps to get used to the way I have it. But the speed is good so once you take the lead in the first half of the race you should keep the lead unless you go off track because you don't need a pit stop. G.

I ended up spending a bit of time trying to figure it out, and it seems that you need to go to GT Auto -> Customize Cars -> Custom Parts -> Rear -> Type B. For whatever reason that changed the maximum front downforce from 100 to 200 for me. Rim's size has effect to PP and stability values! For me the exact PP and speed stability values on the screenshot can be reached only with 19" standard (not wide!) rim width and offset. I do not think that 0.xy PP difference does matter, but the low speed stability changes also with the rim size/width/offset between -0.23 and +0.03!

Excelent performant car , 2 options same setting. Grip and less power Sport medium or Speed Sport Hard. On Brands hatch the medium tires is half second faster , on Nordschleife medium also faster .
