So DO this EVERY STAFF SIGNING. Switch back to your original team. Hire that OC. This seems super risky. No coordinators to hire in Franchise mode. I've now had a problem with two different franchises where after about 10 years my offensive coordinator has left for a head coaching job. I honestly have no problem with that, makes it more realistic if your team is having success. However, my last two attempts to do a sustained dynasty the game ...
