Dec 13, 2011 · This 360 4x4 has me stumped. The history of it: I picked it up from a relative who bought it new in '03 and ran about two tanks of gas through it, if that. It's sat in a heated, air-conditioned building with fuel in it since '03. I bought it from him. The fuel actually turned to sugar in the top of the tank. 2002 650 prairie 1500 miles I have owned the machine for a little over a month After I got the machine I had the float valves replaced because the back cylinder was flooding out because gas kept coming in. Machine ran great, until about 50 miles later it began spitting and sputtering after takeoff to about half throttle, and began acting like it was hitting a speed limiter between 50 and 54 mph.

I bought my wife a 04 prairie 360, it's got around 3000kms and close to 450 hours. Great shape. Last run we had her speedo stopped working, the hour meter and backlight still works so it can't be an electrical issue with the head unit. I understand the 4wd works off of the speed sensor.
