I watched all of the KA P/S vids and read the 300 page doc along with it. The 300 page doc is more like a transcript of the videos but there are a lot of additional info not from the videos so it's worth at least skimming along to find which info aren't on the video. For CARS, I've been using Jack Westin (JW). The 300 page document is more comprehensive. I really enjoyed all the mnemonics and pictures. Definitely memorize this document cold since it follows the AAMC content guide to the T. Try to come up with your own personal example for all of the terms and be able to apply them to new examples.

If youre crunched on time and just want to get the main points (high yield), then 86 doc is probably sufficient. If you want to memorize a lot of detail just in case and are shooting for a very high score, then the 300 page doc is good coverage. 86 page document supplementing with the 300 page doc for shit that doesn’t make sense.

Nothing guarantees anything on the MCAT. Nobody can bank on a 132. A lot of the section is passage and data based. I think if strong knowledge of the 300 page doc "guarantees" a score, it would be around 127, not 132. 130+ is a hard earned score in any section.
