Paralyzing arrows is to unreliable to use and even if you try to build towards it with Enchantment DCs it won't make to much a difference at higher levels. Horizon Walker's 3rd Core for effectively a permanent Haste ability was a goal to fit into the build. Figured I'd take advantage of some of that tree with a few ranged feats so the build could use a bow decently. You could dump all that and get Blinding Speed instead. Built right, the Horizon Walker could comfortably act as a melee bruiser, wading in and taking hits, as an assassin that skirts around the edges of the fight before focusing down a key target, or as an archer that stands at the rear and pours arrows into the enemy.
