I basically have this same issue. Let the battery drain down on my '06 FG2 over the winter and the alarm must've been on because the doors were locked. I unlocked the driver manual by the key and charged the battery up. Now all it does is spin over but no start with the immobilizer green light flashing.

On my way home from work today stopped at store and as I was pulling into the parking space I noticed the MIL came on. I put it into "Park" then noticed the green light for "Drive" was blinking.
