I have heard other 2014 with the 5.3 ecotech, the truck is new to me and they do not have the same idle ticking. Did you inspect the serpentine belt when you changed the a/c belt. If you also have the Bilsteins adjusted to also lift the front-end, you're really stressing those components. I suspect the noise is ball joints or CV joints complaining about too much level.
