May 26, 2007 · New Horns using the wiring from the old horns. relays swapped around in fuse box under dash and can hear clicking. In my case the horn switch went bad. this youtube video. The switch is made of 2 layers of metallized plastic films. When the middle section of the steering wheel is pressed, the films are brought to contact. Once the pressure is off, the films are separated by a built-in spring mechanism.
