Get a level 3 or 4 armorer in your bench. Each will have their own list of receipies. Some will have the dancer outfit, probably the Exceptional or Perfect tier (if that exists ?) and will be able to repair it. The jungle (Lemurian armorer I think) and Derketo temple have also interesting outfits for a dancer :) 1.
