Chrysler pacifica dvd player not working.

Hi I bought a brand new 2018 Pacifica and in less than 500 miles I am having the same exact issue. No power to DVD or dome light but has power to eject the DVD. From what you are saying, it could actually be the starter button itself vs the key fob - or many other points between the Power button, the starter and your battery. I take it your Pacifica is a 2017 model built in 2016, as those are the only (ICE) ones not having ESS (Start/Stop).What I would advise you to do first is figure out why the DVD player is not working by taking out the bezel and checking to see if all the connections are in properly.
