For anyone who is unfamiliar the self proclaimed “cart narc” is a guy who goes to grocery/department store parking lots, he then waits for someone to leave the store, and sees if they put their shopping cart back. If they do not he goes up to them and throws car magnets on their car. This often leads to a verbal confrontation.

That “cart narc” nerd is everything that is wrong with today’s society. Desires internet fame, yet is devoid of any social self-awareness. Tedious, nerdy, whiny. Cowardly. Or, the guy in the truck could’ve done what most normal people would do, and say shit you’re right and then put the cart where it’s supposed to go.
